Privacy
Short version: Ultravioleta doesn't collect your personal data. There's no account, no tracking, no analytics, no ads.
What stays on your device
Game progress, settings, scores, and unlocked themes are stored locally on your phone. Reinstalling the app deletes them. They never leave your device.
Multiplayer
When you play online, your device connects to a relay server to exchange game moves with your opponent. The relay sees your IP address while you're connected (the internet requires this), but doesn't log it or associate it with you. Game moves are not stored after the match ends.
Game Center (iOS)
If you're signed into Game Center, Apple handles your identity, leaderboards, and achievements. I never see your Apple ID, email, or real name. Apple's own privacy policy applies to that part: apple.com/legal/privacy.
App Store / Play Store
Apple and Google collect anonymized install metrics and crash reports per their store policies. I see aggregate numbers — never individual users. I don't add my own analytics on top.
Children
The game is rated 4+. There's no chat, no UGC, no contact between players beyond the game state itself.
Changes
If this policy ever changes meaningfully — e.g. new features require collecting something — I'll update this page and the change date below.
